Refund Policy

1. No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. SpeakEasy operates on a no-refund policy. Once you purchase a subscription or license, the transaction is complete and non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. No Exceptions

Refunds are not available for:

  • • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product
  • • Accidental purchases
  • • Duplicate charges (contact support for account credit instead)
  • • Technical issues or service interruptions
  • • Unused portions of your subscription
  • • Any reason whatsoever

3. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellation will prevent future recurring charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period or any past charges. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.

4. Recurring Charges

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. You are responsible for canceling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to be charged. Failure to cancel does not entitle you to a refund of the renewal charge.

5. Billing Disputes

If you believe you were charged in error or experience a duplicate charge, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We may issue an account credit at our sole discretion, but this is not a refund and cannot be converted to cash or transferred.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company, your SpeakEasy account will be immediately terminated, and you will lose all access to the service. You will not be eligible for refunds or future service.

7. Free Trial

If a free trial is offered, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged. No refund will be issued if you are charged after the trial period. It is your responsibility to track the trial expiration date and cancel if desired.

8. Acknowledgment

By purchasing SpeakEasy, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • • You understand this is a no-refund policy
  • • You have had the opportunity to review the product before purchasing
  • • You accept full responsibility for your purchase decision
  • • You will not request a refund under any circumstances
